I have more than 20 years of professional experience, including 8 years spent in various managerial positions and 12 spent in coaching, business training and consulting. Working as In-Flight Product Manager in low cost airlines I was responsible for elaboration and implementation of the on-board customer care standards and managing the Cabin Crew staff. As Sales Manager in an Italian company I created the structure of sales department and sales and marketing policy on the Polish market. On a regular basis I design and deliver developmental projects for executives and leaders on the following topics: leadership and management; coaching for managers; managing the team; leading through organisational change; staff appraisal; talent development.
